People who turn up.
Ranked by how consistently an account publishes in the last thirty days - posts, comments, articles and listings, counted one day at a time. A burst on one afternoon is one day. Every row says why it is here, nothing on this list is paid for, and no account can be boosted: the rule is the same for everyone.
